Day-of Coordinator Package

For couples who have finalized their planning (or plan to do so) and need a Day-of Coordinator to execute their vision:
One meeting (phone or in-person) 1-2 months prior to wedding
Coordination for up to 12 hours
Set up and style design elements provided by client
Manage timeline (created by client)
Work with vendors day-of from check-in to check-out (ie. Venue, Rentals, etc)
Distribute vendor payments and gratuities
Ceremony coordination (rehearsal not included unless on the day)
Guide the newlyweds through the reception
Return personal décor and gifts after the event
Problem-solving for unforeseen issues on the day

Peace of Mind Package

For couples who’ve done the bulk of planning but need someone to step in and polish the details.
You’ll receive expert guidance during the final month to ensure every loose end is tied and your timeline is air-tight.
We’ll work with you up to 12 weeks before the wedding to double check your planning, fill in the gaps with some behind-the-scenes magic, and execution the day of.
Walkthrough at the venue to go over all the details, ensuring a seamless day for you
Confirm all vendors (delivery times, items being delivered, etc) by the week prior
Detailed assistance into itemized decor list and day of wedding timeline (collaborated with the couple). Let’s see what else is missing and how we can help make your vision come to life!
